The EnerSHIFT call for energy refurbishment of Social Housing buildings of Liguria owned and/or managed by the 4 Social Housing operators (A.R.T.E.) is officially open.
The call is reserved to qualified ESCos for the granting of the concession for energy efficiency services and energy management with fuel supply about 60 buildings located in the 4 provinces of Liguria Region.
The tender is divided into 3 lots and sets a minimum energy saving of 45%, for an estimated granting of EPC contracts (excluding VAT) for:
Lot 1 – Genoa € 16,705,317.57,
Lot 2 – La Spezia € 3,296,766.24 and
Lot 3 – Savona-Imperia € 714.902,57.
Deadline for submission of the offers is November 15th, 2017.
