The public concession for the energy refurbishment of 44 Social Housing Buildings in the province of Genoa has been assigned to the groping of companies composed by the energy enterprises IREN and ENGIE.<br \/>\nIn the following months the companies will sign the EPC contract with the Social Housing Operator of Genoa (ARTE GE), thus they will start the energy retrofitting interventions.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.regione.liguria.it\/bandi-e-avvisi\/gare\/publiccompetition\/650-suar-enershift.html?view=publiccompetition&amp;id=650:suar-enershift\">More information<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, the deadline for submitting offers to the second EnerSHIFT call for tender, concerning 23 Social Housing Buildings in the provinces of Savona, Imperia and La Spezia, has expired on the 12th of September.
