The deadline for the receipt of offers for the EnerSHIFT call for tenders has been the 18th<\/sup> of December 2017.<\/p>\n

The call for energy retrofitting of Ligurian Social Housing buildings through EPC contracts was open in August 2016 and the notice was addressed to accredited ESCos to provide for the energy refurbishment and management of around 60 buildings.<\/p>\n

So far, these are the oucomes of the call:
\n\u2022 Lot 1 (buildings in the province of Genova): the call has received a good response and technical offers will be soon evaluated by the tender commission.
\n\u2022 Lot 2 (buildings in the province of La Spezia) and Lot 3 (buildings in the province of Imperia and Savona): no participation to tender (more information available in the attachment below).
\nWith regard to lots 2 and 3, the EnerSHIFT partnership will soon start a new procedure for awarding the EPC contracts.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
