{"id":1331,"date":"2019-01-30T08:51:20","date_gmt":"2019-01-30T07:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/enershift.eu\/?p=1331"},"modified":"2019-01-30T08:51:20","modified_gmt":"2019-01-30T07:51:20","slug":"award-of-the-enershift-tenders-co-financed-by-the-erdf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enershift.eu\/en\/2019\/01\/award-of-the-enershift-tenders-co-financed-by-the-erdf\/","title":{"rendered":"AWARD OF THE ENERSHIFT TENDERS CO-FINANCED BY THE ERDF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In September and October 2018 the 4 Social Housing Operators of Liguria (named ARTE) published several calls for the energy efficiency of 9 social housing complexes whose interventions are co-financed by the Regional ERDF Programme 2014 -2020.<\/p>\n<p>Target of the energy refurbishment are 2 buildings in the province of La Spezia, 2 in the province of Savona, 1 in the province of Imperia and 4 in the province of Genoa; according to the executive projects designed by the ARTE, it is planned to carry out interventions on the thermal power stations, works for the insulation of the building envelopes and installation of renewable technologies.<\/p>\n<p>The mix of interventions aims to guarantee high energy savings, for the benefit of the tenants and the environment. This initiative, promoted within the EnerSHIFT project, has been made possible thanks to the contributions of the ERDF funds of Liguria Region, which co-finances the interventions for about 50% of the expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>The calls for tenders closed in November 2018 and the award process in December 2018; the signature of all the contracts is scheduled by the end of January 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tender documents are available on the website of the 4 Social Housing Operators.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In September and October 2018 the 4 Social Housing Operators of Liguria (named ARTE) published several calls for the energy efficiency of 9 social housing complexes whose interventions are co-financed by the Regional ERDF Programme 2014 -2020.
